The City of Bloomington's Office of Innovation is involved in projects to improve the resident experience of our City services. Throughout the year, the Innovation Director may need input from residents in the form of survey feedback, brainstorming idea options, prototyping ideas that show potential, and participating in pilot programs to road test an idea in the "real world".
